Every bride and groom will need wedding invitations at some point, but what is the right point?

If you have the time on your side, it is best to order your invitations about 6 months before the big day.  Send out your invitations about 8-10 weeks before the wedding, and ask for responses back about 2-3 weeks before.

And don’t forget the Save The Date Cards. These should be ordered after the engagement as soon as the wedding date is established. Send them out about 6 months before your date.
